A global electronics component manufacturer operates multiple production lines, each with several measurable processes. Factory management needed a single location where the entire production status is visible at a glance — no separate reports, no logging into different systems.
At the same time, the ability to drill down into details was required: when a process catches attention, its data must be accessible immediately without additional steps.
Four-Display Wall — 16 Data Panels, One Air Mouse
We built a video wall consisting of four displays. Each display is divided into four panels — a total of 16 simultaneous data panels, each showing the status of one production line process. The entire production status is visible at a glance. Control with a single device.
In normal mode, the video wall displays all 16 processes simultaneously in condensed form. When a panel catches attention, the user points to it with the air mouse — the process data opens immediately in full-screen detailed view. One gesture, full focus.
