A large educational institution needs to reach two different target audiences daily: students moving through hallways and staff in their own spaces. Each has its own content — schedules, announcements, events, and other current notices — but management is handled from a single location.
After ten years of use, the original equipment had reached the end of its lifecycle. Rather than switching vendors or searching for a new solution, the customer trusted their familiar partner: the equipment was upgraded, the software was renewed, and operations continued without interruptions or a new learning curve.

Installation on campus — from hallways to staff rooms
Fiscal handled the installation work on-site at the campus — removing and disposing of old equipment as well as installing and configuring everything new. The customer did not need their own IT resources or external installation assistance.
After over ten years of use, the old equipment was replaced with new devices and the software was updated. Fiscal handled the entire upgrade project on-site: equipment replacement, software installation, and configuration. The customer did not need to learn a new system from scratch — familiar control panel, familiar logic, new equipment.
