Unified communication for ten factories — from scratch
The customer had no existing digital communication system. However, the need was clear: a nationwide food company needed a way to reach its entire workforce across more than ten factories — uniformly yet with local flexibility.
The challenge was multifaceted. Factories have two types of spaces: production areas require production-related information, while break rooms need staff communications. Local managers needed to be able to manage their own displays independently, but nationwide communications had to reach everyone simultaneously.
Solution
Own internal system — Fiscal implemented, trained, and delivered a complete system
The solution was implemented according to the customer’s requirements on their internal network, using equipment from their own suppliers whenever possible. Fiscal was responsible for the overall solution and installation at some of the factories, system configuration, and user training both on-site and remotely. The customer received a complete, operational solution.
FiscalInfoTV’s display groups enable precise access control hierarchy. The nationwide administrator can view and manage all over one hundred displays across Finland. Local users manage only their own factory’s displays — and can target different content to production areas and break rooms separately. Same system, completely different view depending on role.
