These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment or log in again. These cookies last for one year.<\/p>\n<p>If you visit the login page, the site will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor had visited another website.<\/p>\n<p>These websites may collect information about you, use cookies, use additional third-party tracking and track your interaction with that embedded content, and track your interaction with that embedded content even if you have an account and are logged in to that website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OTHER INFORMATION RELATED TO GDPR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This document highlights the actions taken by Fiscal Oy in relation to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applies from May 25, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Many of the key concepts and principles of the GDPR are largely the same as those in the current Data Protection Agreements (DPAs), so most of the compliance steps will be valid under the new GDPR law. The changes are intended to make Fiscal&#8217;s procedures visible and systematically documented so that they take into account the new transparency and individual rights provisions of the GDPR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Awareness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fiscal Oy takes the GDPR seriously and ensures that decision-makers and key personnel in the organization are aware of how the GDPR affects the company&#8217;s operations. Key personnel and stakeholders are aware of the impacts and continuously strive to identify issues that may cause compliance issues as defined by the GDPR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fiscal Oy controls all personal data it collects, where it comes from and to whom it is shared. Fiscal Oy maintains detailed records of data processing activities and data. A list of Fiscal Oy&#8217;s personal data repositories can be provided upon request.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Transmission of data protection information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fiscal Oy has checked that the current data protection notice is in compliance with the GDPR. When personal data is collected, Fiscal Oy will explain how this data will be used. This is done through a data protection notice. In the data protection notice, we also explain the legal basis for data processing, data retention periods and its users have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner&#8217;s Office if they believe that the way we are processing their data is incorrect. The ICO Privacy Policy Code of Practice is in line with the GDPR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Individual Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fiscal Oy\u2019s procedures ensure that they cover all of an individual\u2019s GDPR rights, including steps on how to have personal data erased or how to have data provided to an individual upon request.<\/p>\n<p>The GDPR includes the following individual rights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the right to be informed about how the data stored is being used<\/li>\n<li>the right to access your personal data<\/li>\n<li>the right to rectification, to request rectification of data<\/li>\n<li>the right to erasure of data to delete your data<\/li>\n<li>the right to restrict the processing or use of the data provided<\/li>\n<li>the right to data portability where appropriate<\/li>\n<li>the right to object to the collection of data where possible<\/li>\n<li>the right to object to automated decision-making activities, including profiling where possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fiscal Oy stores personal data in accordance with the GDPR about its customers, partners and website users with their consent. Most of the rights are natural and relate to data stored either during the customer relationship, cooperation or visit process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Data access requests<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fiscal Oy complies with the requirements within 30 days of receiving a notification of a request for disclosure of personal data (SAR). The SAR must be submitted in writing to Fiscal Oy and is processed free of charge. Fiscal Oy is ready to respond to individual SAR requests related to the following details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>what personal data is processed<\/li>\n<li>for what purposes the personal data is used<\/li>\n<li>to whom the personal data is disclosed, if any<\/li>\n<li>to what extent Fiscal Oy uses personal data to make automated decisions related to the data subject and if so, what logic is used for this purpose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The SAR response will be provided in writing. It can be sent either to a confirmed email address, picked up at Fiscal Oy&#8217;s office or sent by regular mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Legal basis for processing personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fiscal Oy has a legal basis for data processing in accordance with the GDPR. Fiscal Oy has two main data repositories that contain personal data:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Partner register<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The partner register contains basic information about individuals working with Fiscal Oy. The collected data is used for communication, monitoring of joint activities and possible payment transactions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marketing register<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fiscal Oy has a marketing register that contains personal data about individuals who have shown interest in Fiscal Oy and\/or are in contact with Fiscal Oy. Individuals recorded in the marketing register have given their consent (Chapter 7) to the storage of their data in accordance with Fiscal Oy&#8217;s privacy notice (Chapter 3). Fiscal Oy reviews its data processing practices annually to identify the legal basis for data processing and to comply with the GDPR&#8217;s accountability requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Consent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fiscal Oy records and manages individuals&#8217; consent to the storage of their data in the marketing register. No data is stored in any register without consent. In practice, when an individual sends data to Fiscal Oy, they must read and accept the provided privacy notice. If the data is received and stored manually in the register, consent is also requested.<\/p>\n<p>Consent to the processing of marketing data is freely given, relevant to marketing purposes, communicated to the individual and unambiguous. The consent option in electronic form is an active choice \u2013 consent is not inferred from non-response, pre-ticked boxes or user inaction. Consent can also be verified in accordance with the SAR (Chapter 5).<\/p>\n<p>Consent to the storage and processing of personal data in the cooperation register is received when a new cooperation is signed or agreed in a discussion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Children <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the GDPR, the age at which a child can give their own consent to processing is 16 years. Fiscal Oy does not primarily provide online services to children and does not process personal data of children under the age of 16. If a child under the age of 16 participates in Fiscal Oy&#8217;s activities, their data will only be stored with the active consent of their guardian.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Data breaches <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fiscal Oy closely monitors access rights, access statistics and anomalies on the servers where our website and data are located. We are prepared to detect, report and investigate personal data breaches. Organizations storing high-risk data must notify the ICO (and possibly some other bodies) of a personal data breach.<br \/>Fiscal Oy does not process data that would pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals \u2013 such as discrimination, damage to reputation, significant financial loss, loss of confidentiality or any other significant economic or social harm \u2013 the data processed may be treated as low-risk data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Data protection by design and data protection impact assessment <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Although the data we process may be considered low-risk data, Fiscal Oy follows good design practices, adopts a privacy by design approach and carries out a data protection impact assessment (PIA) as part of the GDPR. Only the required data is collected and appropriate data security and privacy measures are implemented with appropriate data use practices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. Data protection officers <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fiscal Oy does not need a formal data protection officer under the GDPR. However, Fiscal Oy also has responsibility for data protection compliance and has the necessary information, support and authority to perform the role effectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. Location <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fiscal Oy operates in Finland.
