By accepting these terms, you agree to comply with them.<\/div><h2>1. Service Description<\/h2><p>Fiscal Info TV is a digital service that provides the Fiscal Info TV software as a SaaS service. The service is available as a monthly subscription. One license covers one display point\/computer controlling a display.<\/p><h2>2. Free Trial Period<\/h2><h3>2.1 Trial Period Length<\/h3><p>New customers receive a 14-day free trial period during which the service can be used without charge.<\/p><h3>2.2 End of Trial Period<\/h3><p>The trial period ends automatically 14 days after registration. After this, the subscription continues as a paid service unless cancelled before the trial period ends.<\/p><h2>3. Pricing and Payments<\/h2><h3>3.1 Subscription Fee<\/h3><ul><li>Monthly fee per license after the trial period: <strong>\u20ac19.00 (excl. VAT)<\/strong><\/li><li>Price including VAT 25.5%: <strong>\u20ac23.85\/month<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h3>3.2 Billing<\/h3><p>Billing occurs monthly in advance. The first charge is made immediately after the free trial period ends.<\/p><h3>3.3 Payment Methods<\/h3><p>We accept the following payment methods:<\/p><ul><li>Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)<\/li><\/ul><h2>4. Cancellation<\/h2><h3>4.1 During the Trial Period<\/h3><p>You can cancel the subscription at any time during the trial period without charge. Cancellation must be made before the trial period ends.<\/p><h3>4.2 Cancelling a Paid Subscription<\/h3><p>A paid subscription can be cancelled at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.<\/p><h3>4.3 How to Cancel<\/h3><p>The subscription can be cancelled:<\/p><ul><li>Through your customer account<\/li><li>By contacting customer service<\/li><\/ul><h2>5. Terms of Use<\/h2><h3>5.1 Right of Use<\/h3><p>The subscription is personal or company-specific. The right of use may not be transferred to a third party.<\/p><h3>5.2 Prohibited Use<\/h3><p>The service may not be used for:<\/p><ul><li>Illegal purposes<\/li><li>Harassment of other users<\/li><li>Technical abuse of the service<\/li><\/ul><h2>6. Privacy<\/h2><p>We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. The privacy policy is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/fiscalinfotv.fi\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">https:\/\/fiscalinfotv.fi\/en\/privacy-policy\/<\/a>.<\/p><h2>7. Limitation of Liability<\/h2><p>The service is provided to the user &#8220;as is&#8221;. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.<\/p><h2>8. Changes to Terms<\/h2><p>We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify customers of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.<\/p><h2>9. Applicable Law<\/h2><p>These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.<\/p><h2>10.
