Do I need a Fiscal account to use the extensions?
Yes. All Fiscal Info TV extensions (Canva, PowerPoint, Chrome/Edge) require a Fiscal account. Subscribe first via Stripe or Microsoft Marketplace, receive your credentials by email, then sign in through any extension.
What is the difference between Stripe and Microsoft Marketplace?
Both give you the same Fiscal Info TV features and all extensions. Stripe offers a 14-day free trial at €19/month per screen (excl. VAT) paid by credit card. Microsoft Marketplace offers a 30-day free trial at ~$22/month per screen (incl. tax) billed through your Microsoft account.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period (trial or paid). You won’t be charged after cancellation. For Stripe, cancel from the Fiscal Manager. For Microsoft Marketplace, cancel from your Microsoft account.
How many screens can I use?
There are no limits. You choose the number of screens when you subscribe, and you can add or remove screens at any time. Each screen costs €19/month (Stripe) or ~$22/month (Marketplace). The free trial applies to all screens.
Which extensions can I use with my subscription?
Every subscription includes access to all Fiscal Info TV extensions: the Canva app for designing content, the PowerPoint Office Add-In for publishing presentations, and the Chrome/Edge browser extension for capturing web pages and dashboards.
