Communication from control room to break room — for an organization of over a thousand people
A large pulp and lumber manufacturer needs to reach over a thousand employees — both process operators in control rooms and shift workers resting in break rooms. Both have communication needs, but the content and context are completely different.
The customer already had existing displays. A solution was needed that would work with the existing infrastructure without expensive hardware procurement and that could be deployed quickly even at a large scale.

Pre-configured devices — customer connected them to their own displays
The customer procured the displays themselves. Fiscal delivered a control computer for each display point, with the Fiscal Info TV software pre-installed and all necessary configurations completed. The customer connected the devices to their own displays — the system was ready to use immediately.

Each device was delivered fully ready to use: software installed, settings configured, ready to connect. The customer did not need to allocate IT resources for deployment — connect the cable, the system works.
Users were trained in using the management system so that content updates can be performed independently at each location.
