1. Service Description

Fiscal Info TV is a digital service that provides the Fiscal Info TV software as a SaaS service. The service is available as a monthly subscription. One license covers one display point/computer controlling a display.

2. Free Trial Period

2.1 Trial Period Length

New customers receive a 14-day free trial period during which the service can be used without charge.

2.2 End of Trial Period

The trial period ends automatically 14 days after registration. After this, the subscription continues as a paid service unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 Subscription Fee

• Monthly fee per license after the trial period: €19.00 (excl. VAT)
• Price including VAT 25.5%: €23.85/month

3.2 Billing

Billing occurs monthly in advance. The first charge is made immediately after the free trial period ends.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

4. Cancellation

4.1 During the Trial Period

You can cancel the subscription at any time during the trial period without charge. Cancellation must be made before the trial period ends.

4.2 Cancelling a Paid Subscription

A paid subscription can be cancelled at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.3 How to Cancel

The subscription can be cancelled:

• Through your customer account
• By contacting customer service

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Right of Use

The subscription is personal or company-specific. The right of use may not be transferred to a third party.

5.2 Prohibited Use

The service may not be used for:

• Illegal purposes
• Harassment of other users
• Technical abuse of the service

6. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. The privacy policy is available at https://fiscalinfotv.fi/en/privacy-policy/.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided to the user “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify customers of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
