On a steel technology production line, an error or exception is something that requires a rapid response. The longer information takes to travel from the production system to the right people, the greater the consequences—waste, delays, or quality issues.
The objective was a solution where production line error notifications appear automatically on selected displays in production facilities—without anyone having to manually check the system or relay the information.

Information displays as error notification channels—information displayed automatically
The solution implemented on five displays operates in two modes. Normally, the displays run standard information content automatically. When an error occurs on the production line, the selected display switches automatically to alert view—no delay, no manual intervention. Once the situation is resolved, the display returns to normal mode.
When an exception occurs on the production line, data is automatically transferred from the production control system to Fiscal InfoTV displays, and the display switches to alert view immediately—without anyone manually triggering the alert. The right person in the right place sees it right away.
